Nice elevated house with extensive ocean sea views looking towards the north. Only a 10 min walk to a stunning beach. Bus stops are within walking distance with shops not far down the road. Large room (approx 15.5 sq m) that is fully furnished with queen bed, sofa, plus sets of drawers. Room is carpeted and straight across the hall from the shower etc. The bathroom etc is generally only used by my daughter so whilst it is “shared” it kind of is your own;-). Have a fire in the lounge which gets some good use in the winter

I am a single dad and have my lovely daughter (12) every second week (Fri to Fri). We have a cat called Meow, Meow and two frogs. Very easy going (us not the cat or frog people), BBQ/beach/swimming types not adverse to watching a movie or two. I am a shift worker so have some pretty random hours. Yes the room is cheap, this reflects the need for some duties to be done each week that my daughter is with us and/or I am called out or on shift. Types of duties include pick up/drop off from school, meal preparation etc and helping out to keep the house tidy. Happy to discuss T&C’s for this. Regards
