The best thing about the apartment is that even though it’s on the smaller side, there’s more than enough room!! Perfect for a student just looking for a nice comfortable space. Room available is W 213cm x L 278cm, comes with a single bed (no sheets), closet, dresser, and bed side table! Perfect for someone in need of an easy move without the hassle of furniture! (Poster not included)

The apartment itself has a fridge, washing machine/dryer (no need for laundromats! Yay!), oven, two stove tops, microwave, TV, couches, dining table + chairs, a shared bathroom (shower, sink, toilet)

More than happy to collaborate with my new roomie on shared space decor! I’m a plant lover myself and have some of my own art hanging up but more than happy to accomodate!

Power, water and wifi bills aren’t included but more than happy to tell you the rough estimate I’ve been paying here for the last few months!
