This 4-bedroom + 1 bathroom + 2 toilets house is by the sea. The common areas are fully furnished: a washing machine, dryer, fridge, microwave, air fryer, kitchenware, and dining table, kitchen and dining, plus a large sunroom overlooking the sea. The garage has plenty of space to store your stuff. Only parallel parking. 2 small cars can fit in the garage while the other cars can park off-street. Shops, dining and The Strand are all within walking distance, with no need for a taxi for a night out. Power, water and unlimited internet included. (Power over 400/month will be evenly split between flatmates — improbable but to prevent abuse.) Not a party house. We have one single bedroom available for short-term or long-term. All of us are young professionals. I work full-time in CBD while the others works full-time in construction and civil works. We’re friendly, soft-spoken, laid-back, relaxed, and social, but we value a clean, neat and tidy home. We love the outdoors and usually go biking in Rotorua during the weekends or hiking the trails in Wairere Falls or Tongariro Crossing or go camping in Ohopi during the holidays.
