Louie's room

This 3 bedroom + 1 bathroom + 1 toilet house is by the sea. The common areas are fully furnished; washing machine, fridge, microwave, kitchenware, TV, and furniture… decent-sized lounge, kitchen and dining, plus a large sunroom overlooking the sea. The garage is massive so you’ve got plenty of space to store your stuff. Only parallel parking. 2 small cars can fit in the garage while the 3rd car can park off-street (we only have 1 small car though). Shops, dining and The Strand are all within walking distance, with no need for a taxi for a night out. Power, water and unlimited internet included. (Power over 170/month will be evenly split between flatmates — improbable but to prevent abuse.) Not a party house. We have one single bedroom available for short term only. Both of us are young IT professionals. I work full-time in CBD while she works full-time in Bethlehem and part-time marketing assistant in CBD. We’re soft-spoken, laid-back, relaxed, and social, but we value a clean, neat and tidy home. We love the outdoors. We go biking in Rotorua during the weekends or hike the trails of Redwoods, Wairere Falls or Tongariro Crossing during the holidays.
