Wifi and TV included Set on a hill in Pukekawa- Private Bedsit with own outdoor courtyard and own bathroom and kitchenette. ROOM overlooks the great Waikato River with parking directly outside. Room to grow your own large vege patch and we have a lot of left over wood which a hobbiest is welcome to use for craft projects ie bird houses etc. 10mins to Tuakau or Mercer. Looking for a clean living tidy single working person or student who enjoys the outdoors life. Iām happy to clean the area once a week on arrangement. Power split 4 ways over winter.

Family of 3 with 2 dogs 2 cats and 12 cows. All humans working. Gym and basketball court and pool available for use when owners are out.
