Natalie's room

We are looking for someone to fill a room in our flat located just above the Octagon. Its around a 25minute walk to central library (or around 15mins if you walk fast). 6-bedroom flat, with 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets and a nice outdoor deck area. There is also the opportunity for off-street parking if you have a car. We have a great landlord who is really on to fixing any problems. The room is on the smaller side but there are two standing wardrobes in the hallway outside the room that are available to use to save floor space inside the room (or can be moved into the room if you desire). The room does currently have a bed in it, but it isn’t the best so if you wanted to bring your own we can help with removing the other bed. Rent is $168 a week including power and internet (our additional costs have been calculated so that we shouldn’t have to pay extra for power over winter). Bond $427.50

You’ll be living with 6 other people (one couple), ages ranging from 23 to 29, all studying (with 4 of us doing post-grad). We all enjoy a drink or two but also appreciate just chilling out. Our flat is LGBTQ+ friendly…we also have a cat, so no other pets sorry.
