Kia Ora, We’re a friendly flat of working professionals in our mid-late twenties looking for a tidy and respectful flatmate to join us in our home in Onehunga. Ideally to move in for the start of April (or end of March if needed). The house is 3 bedroom 2 bathrooms, you will be sharing a bathroom with one other person. The room available has a built-in closet, can fit a queen bed and draws. Rent is $215 a week plus water/electricity bills and internet (total is $25) There’s a deck area out the back to enjoy on sunny afternoons. Parking is available on the street and there’s a bus stop directly across the road. Onehunga mall is close by and we are only a short walk from Cornwall park. Must like/ be able to be around cats. The room has a built-in wardrobe and you’d be sharing a bathroom with 1 other person The photos don’t give the room or house justice! We’re so close to Cornwall Park and Onehunga shops and cafes.
