Hi, this apartment is at 207 federal Street, its really near skycity, Queen Street and event cinema, in this building apartment there are gym, small swimming pools and small sauna,, So, the apartment itself there are 2 rooms and 2 toilets, big space of living room, kitchen, washing machines and dryer, small balcony, WiFi here, fridge, microwave, stove, oven, sofa, dinning table,, So, one of my flatmate is leaving soon, her last day is on 1st of may. So her room will be empty after that.. her room is fully furnished and there is window and toilet is next to it. Currently I’m looking for anyone if you are tidy, pay rent on time please book a viewing with me.
