About the room
Sleepout/studio consists of one double room. Very private and sunny. You need to come into the house to use the bathroom and kitchen…..not ideal but very close by!! In a safe neighbourhood. Will negotiate price if you only need the space for afew days.
About the roomies
It’s only me in the house during the week. I am active and enjoy living close to the coast. My boys have left home but do pop in…..especially around dinner time! The space would suit someone independent.
