Neil's room

I have a house in Paremata (suburb of Porirua) (under 10 min drive the heart of Porirua City and 25min to Wellington City) that will be available from the 1st of May. The house has a bus stop almost across the road and the railway station (trains go to Wellington and stop in Porirua and Tawa) is about a 10 minute walk away.

It is on a hill with stunning views out to the sea. Its two stories. Up stairs has a lounge that flows onto a outside deck, 2 double bedrooms and 1 study along with a modern kitchen and bathroom. Downstairs has the laundry room, a home theater room-reading room, master bedroom and ensuite. The house is warm and has plenty of natural light.

The two rooms are double bedrooms with inbuilt wardrobes. Both have views to the sea. Both can comfortably fit a double or queen bed and a chest of drawers. I can rent them to you either furnished or unfurnished.

Please note, the pics were taken when I had tenants in the house. Actual furniture in the house will be different to that on the pics.

I am looking for two clean and tidy professionals / students to share the home with me. Ideal flat mates will be clean living (no drugs), friendly, respectful and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.

Rent is $250.00 for each room + shared costs of power, gas and internet or $300.00 all inclusive (except food).
