Vercoe Road

Heya,

I’ve got a room in my flat that’s available now. The flat is a 2 bedroom located just outside the CBD in Beerescourt. Has a big yard, nice deck, and heaps of parking space. Some pets are also allowed. The room itself is a good size and gets a good amount of sunlight. It is lockable, has a walk in closet, and is semi furnished with a queen sized bed + bedside table. Costs: Power and internet will be split between us when the bill comes in. Preferably you’ll be around eighteen to twenty four years old. No dogs or couples sorry.

I’m Mathew(21) and I, along with my cat Harper, will be your only flatmate.

I’m a full time student at Waikato University where I study Marketing and Philosophy. In my downtime I do stuff like working out, watching some TV/a movie, play video/boardgames, read a book, or jam to some tunes.

I’m alg with having the occasional party/BBQ, with having people/family staying over, or if you can’t get some cleaning done right away, all that jazz. Just appreciate a heads up beforehand and being considerate of throwing parties around important deadlines.
