Property is 10 acres with loads of animals. Nice and quiet in the country side.

House was relocated last year and it’s our first home. It’s getting done up as we tick along.

Room has windows on two sides so has great lighting and air flow. It currently has a double bed with two sets of drawers in it. This will he clear for you to move in.

The commute to either Taupo or Tokoroa is approx 30 minutes.

For couples wanting to rent the room, rent will be $270 per week ($135 per person).

Due to pine trees being in the way of the cell tower we can’t get lightwire wifi connection. However you can go to spark and get individual modem for yourself and works great.

My partner and I both work full time.

He has his own business here on the property. I work in Tokoroa on swing shift.

We love hunting, fishing, skiing, seeing friends and family.

We always love to cook and have friends over.

This is our first home and are so proud of it and it’s character. Would love to share one house with someone who would respect it as much as we do.
