Hi everyone, We have a property in the center of manukau and papatoetoe bus stop is about 5-7 mins away by walking and AUT south campus is only 15 minutes away by walking. Walking distamce to takeaway shops, dairy shops. The house is double story: Downstairs features a kitchen, dining lounge, laundry and toilet. washing machine and dryer are available for use. Bedroom will have drawers for clothes and a bed to sleep on so there is no need to buy any furniture. All the furniture is new. Bedroom has a lock on the door so you can lock your room if you go out and keey your things safe. House features a smart vent. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. There are security cameras around the house and has parking available for cars. Property has a shaded deck where you can sit and relax or enjoy a few drinks.

We are a Fijian Indian couple in our 20s. We both work full time so we are hardly at home during the day. We are very relaxed and chill people. We enjoy the company if peole are around us. And we get along with others very well. We have a pet bunny and we are pet friendly. We both like to keep the house clean and tidy.
