Downstairs below the kitchen is my bedroom and below the living room is my study/daughter’s room (separated by our own downstairs bathroom), so we each have privacy. Full laundry is below stairs, opens to a good sized rear garden with a vegetable garden tended by landlady neighbour in exchange for our kitchen scraps. The whole villa has excellent insulation, heating and ventilation, so is cool in Summer and warm in Winter. Area: Bars, restaurants, shops, public transport, all within 5-10 minutes walk. Or take leisurely stroll to parks, beaches, or amongst the most expensive houses in Auckland!
