Stephanie's room

We have a spacious medium sized room with small ensuite and extra storage available. With out off and on street parking available. In our beautifully newly renovated house. With mount and ocean views from our huge sunny deck. We are situated less than a 1 minute walk from shops, gas station and bus stop. And also being 15 minutes from town and mount maunganui/papamoa. You will be living with just my partner and I. Who barely use the entire house. So there is plenty of room if you like your own space.

You will be living with just my self and my partner Corban. We are in our mid 20’s and work full time Monday to friday. We are sociable but also enjoy our own space. We are open to the odd beverage and BBQ on the deck.

We are quite busy with our hobbies in the afternoons so you will possibly only see us for an hour or two a day during the week. We are very house proud and with my trade being a designer enjoy a minimalist super tidy home. We appreciate any offer to help with keeping the house maintained.

We are looking for a single or couple that are clean, quiet and always down for a laugh. We do not allow pets or smokers sorry.
