About the room

Located on a quiet street, double room. (Can possible but furnished with double bed. bedside tables, shelves). Deep single wardrobe but access to other shared storage cupboard in hallway/bathroom. There is a third room for guest to stay such as family/friends. We are renovating this house ourselves so weekends are occasionally dedicated to painting/sanding. We will be informative to when these are happening.
About the roomies
We are a couple who own the property, both working Monday to Friday. We are tidy, and respectable. We have a cat Nala who is the most friendly kitten you’ll ever meet!. We don’t smoke but occasionally have bbq with out friends and family. Quite lovely neighbours. We enjoy staying fit and active as much as possible.
