Available early May I’m looking for a flatmate in Parnell up the road from Parnell Pools Available from 1 May Rent $330 per week + bills (approx. 30p/w includes power, fibre internet, basic house cleaning products) Bond 2 weeks rent and rent 1 week in advance

Three story spacious townhouse in quiet neighbourhood with the best sunset views. Great location, close to CBD and walking distance to the waterfront. Garage with plenty of storage. Lots of personal space as you’ve got the ground floor to yourself. Large bedroom, easily fits queen-sized bed with direct access to the backyard. Built-in wardrobe and heat pump, can be partly furnished or unfurnished (currently used as office, but sofa and desk will be taken out). Private bathroom with shower next to the room, but includes shared laundry. Shared first floor with large open plan kitchen, dining and living area including a balcony. Other bedroom, bathroom and office/guest room is on the top floor, so bedrooms are separated from each other. Front yard with Hollywood swing and backyard with BBQ, there is a sunny spot somewhere all day.

Ideal flatmate is someone who is early 30s to mid 40s, working full-time, tidy, respectful, clean , reliable and easy-going and maybe keen to come along for a surf or hike. Bonus points if you enjoy a bit of gardening.

1 existing female flatmate - tidy, easy-going, working from home most days I’m fairly busy during the week with work and sports, so looking for someone respectful during the week. I like to socialise on the weekends or watch a movie together, but equally do my own thing.
