Hey! My partner and I have just purchased our gorgeous wee our house and are on the lookout for two super cool people to come join us in our new home 🥰

The house is three bedroom one bathroom with seperate toilet. We have two bedrooms available both double in size however one is slightly bigger, both have wardrobes. The house has been modernised and is a very sunny north facing home with a lovely deck to enjoy the warmer months. Both bedrooms have wall heaters already to keep you warm in winter. It is a 2 minute walk from the hospital and Hamilton lake so such a primo location! (Suburb is Hamilton lake)

We are looking for working professionals in their mid-late twenties. Being tidy and respectful is a must as this is our home not just a flat 😌 We do have both an incredibly friendly and gentle dog and a slightly crazy but loving cat 😂 so must be comfortable with that.

We are looking for people to move in around 7th/8th of April. A bond of 3 weeks rent and a weeks rent in advance will be required.
