About the room: Double room with closet. Fits a queen bed and a desk. Currently furnished with a queen bed, chest of drawers and bedside table (desk/chair in picture is no longer available). Some bedding and a heater available if needed. Furniture is optional. French doors open to deck. Rent includes broadband, Netflix, water and rubbish collection. Power bill to be shared.

About the house: 2 bedrooms house with a shared bathroom (toilet/shower). To be shared with only one other person (me). All the usual amenities. Good equiped kitchen. Heat pump in lounge. Washing machine (no drier but there’s a laundromat nearby). Located very close to the beach, shops, and public transport. Starting day negotiable. It can be rented for short-term stays, or on a daily-basis (rate to be negotiated). Social gatherings on reasonable days/hours are welcome, but not suitable for late/noisy parties. Vegetarian/vegan friendly. LGTB+ friendly. No pets. No smoking/drugs. Not suitable for couples, sorry.

My home is my haven, so I’m looking to share it with someone who will treat it as such. I’m a respectful and considerate person. I’m a “social-introvert”, which means I enjoy socialising but also enjoy being on my own. I’m into swimming, plant-based nutrition, cycling, beach walks and sunsets, cooking, yoga and self-improvement. I care about nature and try to minimise my enviromental footprint. I’m an “early to bed, early to rise” person. I work full-time (some days from home).
