The generous size living areas with aircon/heat-pump are fully furnished with dining & lounge furniture, full kitchen appliances the laundry has a 7kg cap. top loading electronic washing machine & tube. In the lounge for entertainment is a SmartTV with Netlix Spotify neon AppleTV Prime etc. apps. House hold expenses shared 50/50 (ave $25+- per week). Preference will be given to a long term roomie.
