My cosy Swanson home is fully furnished, except for the second bedroom (for rent). The house features an open plan kitchen/dining and lounge area with a heat pump that heats up the whole house. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge and small appliances, utensils and pots/pans, etc that you are free to use (as long as you take care of them of course). Next to the dining/lounge is a laundry with a washing machine and dryer. Behind the house is a small vege garden that you are free to use and plant in. On the second floor is a shared bathroom with both a shower and bathtub. There is no extra charge for household supplies (e.g., cleaning products, toilet paper) as long as these are used fairly

The house was built in 2020, so it has all the comforts of a new home (e.g., double glazing, full insulation). There is also a security alarm.

The house is situated right behind the Swanson train station (a 2-3 minute walk), and close to bus stops, shops, and Waitakere hospital. It’s also only a short drive to the West Coast beaches.

I am a female health professional in my early 30s who loves animals, music, travel, and getting out in nature. Please note that I am the home-owner/landlord for this flat. I like to think I am a fairly easy-going landlord, as well as being kind, mature, responsible and clean/tidy.
