3 bedroom flat + office located in dalmore, close to gardens new world, to be shared with one early 20s quiet working female and 2 friendly indoor cats from now until 31st December 2022. Happy to send pictures of the place if interested!

House meets all the healthy home requirements and has one off street parking space available. You would also need to be respectful that there is a seperate tenancy downstairs, so noise to be kept to a minimum.

Couples or 2 friends wanting to apply are welcome - the split rent would then be $147 each

Ideal tenant would be:

• Any gender and similar in age to tenant or someone that is mature
• Someone mindful that current tenant is quiet and works 24/7 rostered shifts at the hospital, so not a party flat (great for the study/work focused!)
• LGBTQ+ friendly
• Tidy/house proud
• Conscious that the cats are indoor only so would need to shut the front door behind them
