Hey everyone! We’re looking for someone to join us at our LGBTQ+ friendly flat in beautiful Ponsonby. Mid-sized room with large wardrobe, light and recently redecorated, set in a 120-year-old villa.

We are 3 minutes walk to Ponsonby Road and buses and have lots of on-street parking (residents parking permit is $70 annually) so you’ll always have a parking space right outside.

Our house features a large lounge and kitchen with gas and a huge backyard with a beautiful garden. The three existing flatmates are friendly and we have a chill and relaxed atmosphere. We’re not a party house but we are social and friendly

I’m a male in my 40s, love the outdoors, music and keeping fit. Work in IT industry. I’m very laid back and keep a tidy house. Love a good chat. Other flatmates are a couple, also relaxed nice people. One works at Rainbow youth and the other studies.
