Meola Road

The flat is in Pt Chev on Meola Road, there is a bus stop almost right outside the door where you can catch the outer link. There is heaps of on street parking just outside the house which is usually always available. We have a nice small path of lawn out the back which is great for reading or enjoying a coffee in the sun.The room available is a large double bedroom. Easily fits a double bed, desk, bookshelf and has a built in wardrobe. Rent is as per this page, plus bills. The bond is 4 weeks rent. The room is available from the 24th of April. Current lease is short term, till the 27th of September, but there is potential to extend for longer.

We are Louis and Dakota, both 25 year old working professional guys. We are both very laid back and chill and are looking for someone similar. We both work full time, Dakotas job is shift work so his hours vary from week to week.
