We’re after someone to join the Woody Flat around late April/ early May. Woodford is a great location being close to the motorways to travel either North or Central/ South. Lincoln Rd is 3 min walk with supermarkets, gyms and amenities in very close proximity!

Rent is $205 a week In addition, we pay $30 a week for flat expenses which covers the cost of unlimited high speed internet, power, water, cleaning supplies, bin tags and toilet paper. Bond is 4 weeks of Rent plus 1 week in advance

There are 3 bedrooms (plus an office) upstairs and 1 bedroom downstairs with an ensuite. We have a garage (great for storage) and a lovely kitchen. This room has a bathroom across the hall which is shared with only one other person. Our flat is fully furnished with all the bells and whistles of a home. The room will be unfurnished and can fit a queen size bed comfortably.

You’ll join 5 flatties (x2 couples) who are in their mid-late twenties, a tank of fish and a whole heap of indoor plants! We are a friendly flat that loves to have a yarn. Some of us like to play and make music, dabble in some board games and watch shows together. We work in a range of different fields- tech, education, retail and welcome any profession to our home.
