We are a young couple and is looking for someone to join our warm and spacious medium-sized rooms (with built in wardrobe) available in a friendly and tidy flat in Forest Hill. (Please note this flat is one level of the house, separate entrance from the other levels)

The flat is close to many shops and restaurants in Forrest Hill and it is near bus stops and in the Westlake boys/girls school zone. The Tennis court/Badminton is also right opposite our house.

It is only a 11-minute drive to Auckland central. Plenty of parking too

We currently have 3 existing flatmates (inc me, my partner(we both full-time professionals) and a male flatmate who’s also working full time). The bathroom is to be shared with the other flatmate. Kitchen and living room to be shared between the 4 of us. This house has loads of storage too for food etc.

The rent is $230 including utilities.

The rooms are available from NOW and move-in costs are 3 weeks rent for bond plus 1 week in advance. TOTAL MOVE IN COSTS = $920

No pets, no smokers, please.
