Brand new double bedroom ensuite with walk-in-wadrobe with your own private entrance available in Gulf Harbour.
We are looking for someone who is a non-smoker, responsible,quiet, clean, working professional who pays rent on time and good with pets. Full time student is also ok.
Kitchen and lounge will be shared. You will get your own refrigerator and pantry storage in the garage. Off street parking available. No pets allowed as we already have one.
Rent: $280pw +$30 expenses( internet,power,gas &water)
Move-in costs : 1 week rent in advance + BOND 2 weeks rent Total: $840
The room gets plenty of afternoon sun. Comes with a brand new queensize bed n mattress.
