About the room
Very spacious room (4.2m x 4m) with exceptionally generous sized wardrobes, this room can easily fit a Queen bed and desk.
The house is a decent size and there are 3 bathrooms, the main bathroom to be shared with 1 other flatmate. Great amount of driveway space for parking, no need to park on the road.
Sunnynook Countdown is either a 12min walk or 2min drive and if you need the bus it’s only a 15min walk to Sunnynook Station.
About the roomies
There’s four of us guys (well five including Possum the cat), we’re all down to earth and enjoy having the occasional banter whether in the lounge, kitchen or around the fire pit.
Our head tenant Possum (see photo) is a well natured 7 year old Cat, he is very fond of Chicken and will be your best friend if you “accidentally” drop some near or in his bowl!
