Hey everyone! I’m taking over the lease at my current place and on the hunt for 2 kind, clean and responsible flatmates. In total the house will have 3 people so not crowded 🙂

Move in will be from May 27 but could be flexible for one of the rooms.

If you love living close to the city ( but not in it ), being close to nice walks or want a little garden patch of your own then you’ll love this place as much as I do.

It’s located in Orakei with insane sunset views overlooking the basin and has an awesome garden too. Close to Newworld, bus stops to Newmarket/Parnell/City and Orakei train station is about 10-15 min walk.

The rooms are unfurnished. White ware included. I will be getting a dryer for the winter months as well.

Rent will be $260 p.w (inclusive of all utilities, toilet paper/cleaning supplies). Move in cost will be 1week rent in advance +bond of 2 weeks (Total: $780)

No couples, pets. Not a party flat but happy for chill gatherings. Only looking for kind, polite and chill people who see their home as a safe space 💛
