Downstairs studio 50m^2 (30m^2 studio, 20m^2 bedroom/ensuite), private entrance and connected to rest of the house. Shared kitchen and laundry. Own off-street carpark, fridge, microwave, jug, (self contained kitchenette). Couples can be arranged.

Non-smokers, vaccinated couple with three kids all moved out. Construction manager and stay at home partner with two cats and a dog (animal lovers). Easy going, keep to ourselves.
