We have a room up for grabs in our beautiful 5-bed villa in Grey Lynn. The light-filled room will be ready to move into from 25th May 22. The room is on the 1st floor - close to the upstairs bathroom, which is shared between yourself and one other who also reside on the 1st floor. The room also has its own balcony. The house itself is large and light filled (take a look for yourself!) it doesn’t feel like four people live here as there’s so much space. Also has communal balcony. We (1 Female, 3 Males) are all working professionals in our early thirties so we’re all out and about in the week and have various interests outside of work. We enjoy coming together for a drink/meal from time to time and are sociable bunch but also appreciate our own privacy & space. In search of a housemate that is like minded, and someone looking for a home rather than a house. We have a fortnightly cleaner, but all still contribute to household cleaning and chores such as emptying the dishwasher/bins.
