Looking for one person to share a 3.3 X 3.5m double room for $100. Bedroom has a door lock, spare key, and two separate single sized beds. Fully furnished 8th floor apartment on Mount Street. North-facing, so there is plenty of sunlight in the mornings, and all throughout the day. The walls are soundproof, so you never hear the neighbours. Literally next-door to Auckland University of Technology (AUT). Warm, dry, quiet, sunny, secure, clean, central.

Access to the building’s gym is included. There is free underground parking for bicycles. Scooters and motorcycles are $10 per week to park. We like to all help keep the apartment clean & tidy - especially the bathroom and kitchen areas. I have a good relationship with the landlord, and this is a long-term lease. We sometimes host CouchSurfers. Bond is two weeks’ worth of rent. Rent is paid by automatic payment, and bills are also paid with internet banking (no payments in physical cash).
