Located at a very quiet street, safe parking. 5 minutes walking distance to Tamatea Pak n Save and shops. Bus route to Taradale and Napier. 5 min drive to EIT.

No children No parties, No pets, No smoking and works full time. Flat has a complete separate yard and off street parking from the main house.
