Incredibly convenient comfortable apartment in a secure building in the Courtney precinct of Wellington.

Pretty much anything you could want in walking distance; supermarkets, Oriental Bay, town belt, bus routes.

Place is fully furnished and very well equipped; TV, turntable, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, soda stream, piano - I even attempt to grow produce in the VegePod on the deck.

You’ll only need what you need for your room and anything else you want to have with you.

I’m looking for people who want to make the place their home.

I am 35, male, work for the Ministry of Justice and would describe myself as a considerate, friendly and sociable person with a tendency towards introversion. Films, music, books, PC/VR games etc is my sort of thing. I run when I’m feeling disciplined.

Other, (unfortunately departing,) flattie is female, 40-murmur, and moving back to Auckland for work and family in a week or two.

It’s very rare that I find myself on my own here. I’ve been very fortunate to have had a collection of quite long-term flatmates.

I’m looking for one person for a room that’s available right now, (bedroom #2 on the floor plan,) but will need another person in the, (pretty much,) immediate future.

If you’re considerate, get along well with others, and like the idea of walking in to an incredibly well-established place in a convenient location this might be ideal for you.

Parking is available in the building if you can find a space to rent.
