Large flat in Hataitai, 20 minute walk from Cuba Street, Local shops 4 minute walk, Beach and Oriental Parade 5 minutes.

Large communal spaces, with kitchen and living room being fully furnished. Including furniture, tv, kitchen equipment, pots, pans etc.

Garden area is big with great views

The lease is agreed direct with the landlord so no fussing around with agents.

Flatmates are 2 students and two young professionals. We generally are a quiet and tidy flat, but do like to get together for the occasional drink and dinner. We have a communal record collection in the living room and have a shared enjoyment of music (albeit many different genres!)

We respect each other’s personal spaces and often keep ourselves to ourselves so flat really is suitable to those both outgoing and a little more introverted or busy!

The Room

he room is very large, with a large alcove suitable for a big desk / double bed.

We currently have a double bed, dressing table and chair, triple sofa, large desk and chair, chest of drawers and still plenty of room.

There are both north and south facing windows, with sunlight shining directly into the alcove area from mid afternoon. Room stays fairly warm despite having tall ceilings.

Happy to include any furniture if desired as I’m moving home to England.

Roomies are a combination of a couple of young professionals and a couple of students, mixed gender.

We all have differing interests but do get together every now and then for a drink and some dinner, generally we keep ourselves to ourselves but open to suggestions!
