We are on the search for a new flatmate to join us in our sunny home in Tamatea! Bedroom available is unfurnished, rent is $200 per week. This includes unlimited wifi, power and gas hot water. Off road parking is available, bathroom is being renovated but will be complete in the next week or two. Comfy living area with a fireplace which makes the house very cosy on cold nights! We are situated very close to the expressway, bus stops and walking distance from Tamatea pack n save and it’s surround shops.

You will be living with myself (female, 25), male (22) and a small Jack Russell terrier (10). We are social in and out of the house, but do enjoy a quiet night in regularly, we respect each other’s privacy and have a great flat morale.
