About the room
Hi everyone! We are looking for a 3rd flatmate to join our sunny flat located in Melrose, Kilbirnie asap. It’s 5 minutes away from Kilbirnie shops.
The room is an unfurnished double bedroom with a built-in wardrobe and the WiFi connection is in it so don’t need to worry about coverage. There is also plenty of storage! The flat has only been recently renovated and we are the first people to move in.
Move-in date ASAP The rent is $256 not including expenses. Expenses will be split 3 ways equally.
Bond is 4 weeks and a week in advance = $1250 (This is based on last years rent and is still applicable now)
About the roomies
We are both professionals aged 25. I am a chiropractor and James is a builder. Both of us are sociable but we also like quiet time too. We are looking for someone of a similar nature to us who is also clean and tidy, so if you think you are the right fit flick me a message!
