It is a few minutes walk to the CBD, K Road as well as Ponsonby and other suburbs and shops which means easy access to anything Auckland has to offer.
It has a small balcony which you can catch the sunset on as well as large windows for lots of natural light. I also work from home and it has a great desk and chair for a work area or easy walking distance into the city. Bed and mattress also included so just bring the stuff for your room!
I am moving in with my partner and looking for someone to replace me on the lease which runs until September and will be available from 28th May, after that you can either take on the lease and stay or be free to move on.
A parking slot is available for $60 a week. Pets Negotiable.
