Down a very nice quiet street in Otahuhu. Four bedroom house - currently only one tenant - More in the future.

Lounge has a decent TV and there is a PS5 and a Switch that can be played if you’re into that. Netflix and Disney + available in the lounge.

Very close to the motorway and a small walking track 2 minutes walk from the property.

Four bedroom place. Big back yard. Rent includes water, internet and gas.

Have a chicken, rooster, two cats and a dog at the property.

Mid 30’s male - works full time. Have my young daughter every second weekend that stays overnight. Im pretty quite Monday-Friday, I’m at work all day and usually not homw till around 8. Some weekends can be noisy as I might have family/friends around for a drink.

There are other rooms that will be listed. No other flatmates currently but more will join.
