Beresford Square

We have a bright room in a large ~120m2 2 bedroom character apartment just off Karangahape Rd for rent. We are right where you want to be, not so close you hear the drunken late night ruckus while trying to sleep, but close enough to be in it in a minute’s walk. The room is approx 11m2 with an in built wardrobe, bed frame with lots of storage. We also have access to a great little shared courtyard oasis which is great for large dinners and pretending you’re in the Tuscan countryside. Room is $250 per week. A secure carpark is available for $60 per week if needed.
