We have a furnished room available in our gorgeous Parnell townhouse, walking distance from the CBD, the Universities, Parnell etc. The downstairs bedroom has its own toilet, with an upstairs bathroom (shower+bath) that you will share with the other tenant. Super safe and secure area, with sunny views of the city. Parking can be made available. Otherwise off-street is available from 6pm-8am
