Hello! We are looking for a lovely flatmate to join our cosy home in Kilbirnie, Wellington.

It’s a quiet, warm and friendly place. We love hanging out and drinking tea together. When we can we enjoy pot luck dinners and glasses of wine together. Someone in their late 20s to early 40s would be ideal. We’re all fully vaccinated, science-minded people.

The house is warm, dry and light-filled. It has two large communal areas (spacious living room and huge kitchen) and a big vegetable garden with fantastic views. The living room has sunlight streaming in all morning and afternoon as it faces North. Two heat pumps and double glazing keep the place warm. Dishwasher, washing machine and clothes dryer included.

The house is on the hill on Crawford Road, Kilbirnie. It’s a quiet location, the neighbours are lovely, and it’s close to all the Kilbirnie village shops. There’s lots of free street parking, great access to many bus services, and it’s a short walk to Lyall Bay and Evans Bay.

The house is smoke, vape and drug free.

The room is available from 12th May. Rent is $240pw, plus $25 for bills (fibre internet, gas and electricity). The bond is $800.
