Emily's room

We live in a lovely 4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms. You would be renting a Superb furnished room with own lounge, deck and private bathroom downstairs. You would also have your own parking space right outside your room. We live down a very private drive. The room is warm, cosy and bright. We do live by the train track in meadowbank so you would need to bear this in mind. It’s doesn’t bother us at all but you do hear the trains from time to time!

We’re a small family of 3 with a little, friendly corgi dog called Doris. We have a 2 year old son who is very cute and chatty. We have always had flatties and really enjoyed the extra dynamic this brings. We live upstairs and you Would have your own area downstairs. Own double bedroom, lounge, deck area and full bathroom. We do not really go downstairs apart from to use the utility room, so you would be undisturbed.
