Studio style “Apartment”, you have your own private entrance and carport, along with a kitchen and bathroom all to yourselves. Totally self-contained (but we would love to see you and hang out as well). Suitable for a couple or a balling single. The space is on the ground floor of our flat, and also has an HRV vent to send the heat from upstairs down to you. A large section of land and plenty of nature and only a very short commute to the city - the best of both worlds.

There are two of us upstairs currently, Sam and Harry with hopefully a third person to join us soon (a double room is available as well).

We’re in our early/mid 20s, social on the weekends and enjoy doing stuff as a flat. Looking to create a family vibe at this house with flat dinners and hanging out.
