This is a 3 bedroom town house located in Mount Wellington, Auckland if you require parking there is on street parking monitored by cameras due to this being a private development area. There is 2 bathrooms one up stairs one down stairs large lounge and dining area with a decent sized kitchen plenty of storage. The room comes furnished with a queen bed and side table if you need it or they can be removed if you have your own. Public transport in the area. The complex also includes free access to the gym. The rent is a all inclusive except food price but that is for a single person only if you are a couple the rent is 300 just to even out the bills. 2 full time working males 1 works nights security guard the other works days for the council. Both tidy people, friendly.
