Owners live upstairs.Kitchen and living area both upstairs. We are friendly, professional working couple. We have 2 small, sweet- natured little dogs (small Cavoodle) so you must be comfortable with having a pet in the house.
Great location - 5 min walk to Northcote Point ferry or easy walk to bus stop (10 min commute) into city if you work in CBD. 2 min walk to popular Northcote Tavern, iconic Bridgeway Theatre, Stafford Rd Wine bar, Sfera Italian Trattoria restaurant and award winning The Engine Room restaurant. Various bush and sea walks all within 5-10 minutes away.
Northcote Point is a highly sought after established area with many historic villas/homes. Safe, secure location. 5 min drive to Takapuna & Ponsonby/Herne Bay. Easy access to both northern & southern motorways. 5-10 minute walk to bus stop which goes directly into CBD with no further stops.
Off street parking only - but safe secure area & previous tenants have not had any problem finding a car space. We have enjoyed hosting many overseas and local people over the years, with many remaining good friends. Whilst we enjoy sharing a vino or meal on occasions we equally respect each others privacy.
