We are a couple in our late 20’s looking to fill a spare room in our 3 bedroom & 1.5 bathroom home. There are two choices–one room is on the sunny side and the other is slightly bigger. Optional to come furnished with a double bed and dresser. Both have single wardrobes.
House has recently been renovated and is fully furnished. Outside of house being painted/landscaped. There is a small deck area (see pic).
