We are looking for another couple or single person. You will get a very large sized bedroom and your own lounge area, so can have your own privacy as much as you want. We will share the kitchen. The property has two very large lounges, 4 bedrooms, so we will have our own lounge area too. 🏡

We are a professional couple, friendly, easy going, it is just us in the house, we are only looking to rent one of the bedrooms, so the house will still be very peaceful and not crowded.

For furnishings, we can provide a bed and some furniture if required, otherwise you can setup your own lounge and bedroom how you want. Kitchen comes with everything, and house has washing machine etc.

Enjoy the peace and quiet, the stunning views, its a very private section, with gated access, so very secure. ☺️

It has 180 degree view out over the Estuary to the Okura native bush reserve and Whangaparaoa peninsula to the north is unsurpassed and will sooth you after a busy day as you sit back, relax and watch the sun set and the tide gently turning.

Rent per week: $385 MOVE IN COSTS are 3 weeks bond, plus one week in advance. Expenses are fixed at $15 per week on top of the rent.
