2- bedroom property with one room available at $240pw, bills are roughly $25pw in Karori, Wellington. The house is tucked under another, but the owners (who are above) are based abroad and don’t come back to NZ very often at all. Room is big enough for a queen bed or bigger, drawers, desk, etc and comes with a double in-built wardrobe.

Living space is cosy and suits 2 people perfectly - Some lounge furniture will be leaving, so feel free to bring bits and pieces for the commual areas to make it more homely. Lots of outdoor space, front and back gardens with apples, lemons and feijos trees to munch on. Lease runs till late Feb ’23 with option to renew for another year.

Mid-thirties queer professional, i am out most of the time as i run a number of social groups in town. Super quiet and considerate and would love someone similar who is clean and tidy and clears up after themselves. Not a party house, but would happily do house dinners and movies nights.
