Our family has moved into a brand new home in the heart of Blockhouse Bay.

The room available is a brand new double bedroom with its own ensuite (shower and toilet) on the ground floor. It also comes with a spacious wardrobe. The room is furnished with a single bed, study desk and chair.

We are looking for long-term students or workers who are quiet, clean, self-sufficient and takes care of the living space. We’d preferably like to have a female student to enjoy our beautiful home in a friendly and relaxed environment.

The price includes unlimited internet, power and water. Preferably our new flatmate does limited cooking.

The house is situated five-minute walking distance to bus stop, cafe and shops. Buses go directly to city centre and is ten minutes away from Lynn Mall shopping centre.

Cost includes covers use of the internet, water, and electricity.

We are two working professionals with twin boys who are eight years old. We have a busy family schedule with work and family commitments. We’re down to earth and easy going.
