Smoking/Vaping is fine - outside only. Plenty of parking, access to laundry and washing line. No pets - we have enough to share Price includes power, wifi, rent and furnishings.

Grazing available for 1-2 Horses on site for additional fee - property has full facilities including arenas and storage.

Late 20’s early 30’s working couple. We have a building company and we both work separate jobs as well as train horses. We like to keep busy and totally stay out of your way. If you after a really inclusive living situation this is not the place. We are always keen to have a yarn and invite you in for dinner but we are a bit older and not in to the flatting vibe as such. We have lots of cats and a couple of dogs, so liking animals is fairly essential as they will cross your path most days.
